Deadly selfies: Student drowns to death while his friends clicked a selfie

Just like selfies, even selfie deaths have become a rage. While today's generation depend on the selfies and groupfies, they fail to understand the value of life.

Teenagers recklessly click photographs to make memories but, for some unfortunate ones those selfies prove to be their last.

In a tragic incident, Vishwas G, a student of National College in Jayanagar, drowned in a pond on Sunday.

The Bangalore student drowned to death while his friends clicked a 'groupfie', i.e a group selfie.

Vishwas was on a picnic along with his fellow NCC cadets at Ravagondlu Betta near Kanakapura, Ramanagara district when this incident took place.

One of the pictures even captured Vishawas drowning in the pond in the background as his friends clicked the selfie.
